Flowers

Happy Holidays everybody.

It's almost Christmas time, so what kind of art are you doing?
Personally I am starring in a school play:) Wish me luck as I most likely fail.
And I will be singing with my classmates in our Christmas program.
Some great gifts are paintings, drawings and poems. If you really want to get into it you can make video slideshows for your family(they're amazing, mine have made people cry) or books of your artwork:)

sorry I haven't posted in a long time, but I wrote this poem for someone special:)

You are sweet,
Kind and gentle,
Modest and real,
You are not just a pretty face,
But an angel.

Nothing is hidden,
You are true,
Nothing is hidden,
So we won't despair,
Nothing is hidden,
You you won't be alone.

You are honest and true in everything you do,
With no ulterior motives.
You're just happy with who you are,
No pretending to be someone else,
No cheating to get your way.

You are an inspiration,
and yet a friend.
You change me,
And you are amazing.

The Moonlight

A flower sways,

Looks delicate in the light,

The light of the moon.

Spring Flowers

Great, gorgeous,
Gradually growing.
Green on every corner.

Color continuous,
Clean creations,
Crawling up to life.

Sparking in the sun,
Shinning stars,
Surreal.

Beautiful buds,
Breaking the ground,
Breathtaking hues.

Fluttering flowers,
Floating in the breeze,
Flying into spring.

Spring

Spring,

A season of renewal,

Of life.

Spring is a season of color,

Of light.

Spring flowers bloom,

Birds mate,

Much more happens on each date.

Spring.

Our Path

A winding path through a forest,

That's what life is.

Beautiful, yet scary,

Confusing, yet calming.

Sun shines,

Shadows fall.

The walking doesn't stop.

You never know where you're going.

A winding path,

That's what life is,

Because it's always there,

It'll be bright, and dark,

We'll never know what will happen next,

Never know if we took the right path,

But we'll make choices,

And we will walk proudly down that path,

Into our future.

Snow

Soft, rough, dirty,

A white blanket.

Water drips,

Footsteps made,

White in every shade.

Evergreens grow,

Pine cones litter.

Mystical, magical,

Special always,

A soft blanket covering the earth.

Gone

My friend Maria said this was her favorite poem, so here it is.


Sky, as big as the universe,

Land like a sea of grass.

Yellow, brown, green grass,

The prarie alive with buffalo,

Built like refrigerators.

Settlers move across like trains.

Now the grass has vainshed,

Buffaloes like a shadow of the past.

Settlers gone like dodo birds,

The prarie is there no more.

Rain Drops

Raindrowps on my window,

Like moving bubbles.

Spotlights Shine though,

Bubbles now like a rainbow.

Gray skies high above,

Like a blanket of clouds.

Thunder rocks the world,

Like an earthquake.

My raindrops don't mind.

More appear, like tons of friends.

The strm goes through the night.

Raindrops on my window slide away,

In the morning,

Gone like magic.
